Felt right at home!

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival we were greeted by the GM and we felt right at home. A big shout out to him, Mr. Ray, for making our stay very memorable and special!

Pros: Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Wonderful wonderful wonderful staff. Didn’t feel like they were Looking over my shoulder all the time-that is a rare quality. Helpful with everything. Beds were a little too firm for me but over great experience.

Cons: Downstairs smelt a little Musty but the rooms were great

Pros: The room was smaller than expected the pictures were misleading

Clean, quiet, safe, good location, recommended; Slow elevator (if that matters)

Cons: The elevators are dreadfully slow. As in, take the stairs. There are staircases on both ends of the hallway. Choose a favorite and skip the loooong elevator wait. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Amazing location (near a Target and a Mall), great room and a variated breakfast

Pros: The staff was great, the breakfast was a good one with several options and the location was near a mall.

Cons: Whole milk at breakfast was a little hard to find, and the lighting in the room was a bit dark.

Overall stay was good and comfortable. Will definitely come again.

Pros: Location was good. Easily accessible. Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was available 24 hours which was great.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast timing was ok but when guests are still there and they are taking food, two ladies were literally pulling the stuff from their hands. She did not let me pick a muffin and pour milk in my oatmeal. One lady was constantly coughing without covering her mouth. She could have taken a break or used a mask but it was very uncomfortable listening to her non-stop coughing and serving in food area.

Overall the hotel was nice and a good price.

Pros: I liked that my room was very clean, the hotel was quiet and in a safe area.

Cons: The breakfast. Not a lot of variety.

Pros: Staff was friendly & helpful. Facilities were perfect. Breakfast options fit my needs just right. It was very convenient to the medical center.

Cons: Only one elevator worked all 5 days I was there.

Pros: The Suite was Excellent… we slept comfortably… temperature control was great… did not have breakfast but it smelled great… location was excellent, very convenient to all my favorite restaurants and bakeries.
