Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Antonio NW-Medical Area by IHG

mini vacation goals achieved.

Pros: the hotel is well located. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff's attention is cordial.

Cons: What I didn't like was that we were in a room near the street and you could hear the noise of the cars and we were also near the door to the stairs and you could hear the opening and closing of that door a lot.

Loved this location Enjoyed my stay .

Pros: Was very clean :) Met expectations will be coming back to this location Breakfeast was very good as well And staff wonderful .

Very comfortable…

Pros: Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, I will stay there again if I go back to San Antonio.

Cons: Room could have use two chairs, wellness room could use a set of weights….

The stay was excellent, good breakfast and a quiet room was also great.

Pros: Our stay was in room 102. The bed was extremely comfortable, the area was quiet, electrical outlets all around the room. The fact that it provided breakfast was also a thumbs up. A restaurant across the street and a Bill Miller's Bbq within walking distance, a Walmart and an Academy store about a half mile was also convenient to have. Over all our stay was very, very good.

Cons: I first thing i didn't like was the fact there isn't enough counter space to set things on in the restroom area. And secondly i didn't like the idea of not having towel holders in the restroom or too close to the toilet area.

Excellent facility and a good breakfast. Thanks...

Pros: Everything was good. Enjoyed the quite and comfortable bed even though it was a bit high for me since I'm not a tall person.

Cons: Un poco descuidadas y sucias pasillos y elevador

Clean and wonderful staff

Pros: Location was a little difficult to the main entry was getting in when vehicles are left at entry as park and walk in. Plus, this location ONLY had 1 luggage carrier.

Cons: As getting into property people need to drive in, not just leave the vehicle as the entry of the property.

Great service very helpful staff.

Pros: Staff was helpful and responded quickly to questions

Cons: Was not able to lower black out windows shades, felt exposed
