thats my choice again close to the airport and the shuttle service is super

Pros: all well from the first time i set foot bar restaurant dinning manager at breakfast time

Pros: Me and my daughters loved the room its so spacious and clean. The outdoor view was awesome and my daughters loved the pool area it was so clean . There complimentary cookies was warm and really tasty.The breakfast had so many varieties and staff was nice. It was worth to stay here and enjoy the weekend !!

Cons: I don't think anything more it can make it better. it's best place to stay.

Great location and customer service.

Pros: Bed, location, pool area, exercise center, and coffee shop.

Cons: Laundry.

Staff is amazing

Pros: Location was easy to find and staff was amazing at taking care of us even with issues that came up.

Cons: When placed our reservation on booking.com it stated there would be breakfast included but when we arrived and stayed at the hotel we were informed that was not the case and would be an additional charge. Needless to say we had upset kids and left to find nourishment elsewhere. Trust me it is not a good feeling on your heart. Aside from that there was an incident regarding cleanliness in the beds that shouldn't have happened and was devastating but the staff was great at handling the situation.

Pros: Overall friendly service. A few mishaps with the broken iron we needed to be replaced.

Cons: entrance to hotel off 410 was a bit confusing. No sign for PVT road

Pros: 24 hr airport shuttle was great. Also has extended parking through way.

Great location, easy access, felt safe & great hot tub!

Pros: After a very long hard few weeks, the hot tub was so inviting. It was clean, well maintained & deep enough to stand. I’d stay there again just for that, but it was an all around great stay!

Cons: I feel like the bathroom could use an update but it was by no means ineffective.

My stay at the Doubletree in SA was comfortable, and a great location to different restaurants.

Pros: My room was on the 3rd floor. It was not close to the elevators so it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cold. The shower had amazing pressure.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. My stay was great.

Flight or No Flight...this property offers all the right stops.

Pros: Perfect location to all of my activities over the weekend. Easy access. Room wonderful and bed the most comfortable ever. But the on-site grill had the best service, incredible food and was a great experience for those traveling. Safe and comfortable and fun. Not the hotel restaurant.... though sure that was great...but the Grill on property. Forgot name but starts with an \

Cons: Parking! Although they offered a huge parking garage without extra pay (thank you!), the lot was always full. I searched and searched each night. While I did eventually always find a space, it was difficult and as a single female traveler you don't want to be stuck on the top floor a block away trying to get back to hotel. The problem was that the guests had few spaces while the big wedding parties or reunion parties grabbed the spots. Happy for them, but maybe a floor or two just dedicated to guests with a tag or sticker of some sort?
