Holiday Inn Express - San Antonio Airport by IHG

We stayed for just a few hours, but it was everything we needed near the airport for ease.

Pros: Very helpful front desk staff; we checked in very late at night and left very early in the morning. Having the free shuttle was great.

Good location, friendly staff, more attention needed for alternative diets ie vegetarian/ tea drinkers

Pros: Welcome 24 hours Efficient staff Lift to access floors Transport to airport

Cons: Very limited vegetarian options for breakfast esp in cooked Initially given key for room not cleaned, however dealt with quickly after feedback Coffee maker rather than kettle in bedrooms therefore can’t make tea

Would 100% stay here again

Pros: Staff were amazing, room was big and always cleaned by lunchtime Loved the dove products and the fridge and microwave came in very handy

Excellent, friendly staff and very clean.

Pros: Good location. Clean and very tidy. Friendly staff and the free evening drinks and breakfast were great. Good selection for breakfast

Cons: I had nothing to complain about

Looking forward to going back

Pros: The location is beautiful and lively environment all around. Great to stroll around

Overall satisfactory.

Pros: Location to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport.

Cons: Room location facing highway is a bit noisy at night when sleeping.

Pros: there was a spacious room, we had a comfy mattress and pillows, the staff on front desk was very kind, we found a clean and tidy space

Cons: the breakfast was quite poor in variety and one of the cleaners there look quite unkind, we did have too a maid who open our bedroom around 9am looking to do the cleaning cause her record showed we were leaving that day, when the check-out was at 11am but being IHG members we could do a 2pm check-out

Pros: The location was easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful as needed.

Pros: Staff was excellent when had trouble with our room.

Cons: Room quite small, refrigerator froze everything solid, squeaky bed

The best hotel I’ve been in so far!

Pros: Everything! From the front desk to the housekeeping, to the breakfast attendants as well as the shuttle buses, they were all so kind and accommodating. Complimentary drinks were a plus as well

Cons: None
