EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY IN SAN ANTONIO

Pros: ALL VERY GOOD, I RATHER HAVE A MORE FIRM BED BUT WAS OK. ALL OTHER ITEMS WITHIN THE ROOM ARE EXCELLENT.

Cons: GOOD SIZE ROOM, EXCELLENT STAFF SERVICE, GREAT BREAKFAST, ALL GOOD.

Of all the things we did, the hotel was in our top 3 of best things for the trip!

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

Cons: Breakfast closed at 9 on the weekdays. Felt rushed with the kids one day. They stopped replacing the food around 8:45. I felt this could've been extended to 9:30 at least.

Good, not great!

Pros: Closeness to the airport and restaurants. A real suite, not a pretend one! Ease of booking. Restaurant on the property

Cons: Heating did not work properly, even after maintenance checked it. There was no follow-up. We were cold.

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites San Antonio Airport!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was incredible, with a wide variety of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. A special mention to José, who prepared eggs and omelets to order every morning. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, and truly made a difference in our experience. The ladies in charge of the breakfast area were also wonderful — always kind, attentive, and smiling. The service and warmth of the staff made our mornings extra special. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: The only downside for us was having to pay extra for parking. We also noticed that the weekday rate was higher than the weekend rate, which felt a bit unusual and unexpected.
