Love the setting, and nearby adorable friendly town of Utopia. Spacious and comfy accommodations.

Pros: Large space. Much better inside than it appeared from the outside. Liked the pond and of course the \

Cons: Although someone came to check on the cleaning done by a previous crew as soon as we arrived, we didn't notice until we were leaving that the dishes in the dishwasher from previous tenants had not been done, nor a wet towel in the dryer. We should have asked the nice lady, Deborah? who came to check, cleanliness, inside to check herself.

perfect getaway

Pros: We were looking for seclusion and peace and quiet. A vacation of true unwinding and relaxing and this definitely hit the nail on the head!

Cons: The jet tubs jets did not work

Comfy stay in a peaceful environment

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Cons: It’s decor is outdated, and the gorgeous view on the photos isn’t from the deck of the house.

a very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Pros: the location was central to all the places that we wanted to check out, it was so quiet and peaceful there with lots of deer and jackrabbits, it was very clean, and well stocked, lots of room for everyone.

Cons: we had to be careful of the floors, the tiles were coming up around the edges, but other than that it was an awesome place to stay.
