Excellent location and house

Pros: No breakfast. Location was Central in Utopia and the facility had all appliances needed to cook.

Cons: Very nice.

Overall excellent, peaceful stay.

Pros: Location was close to a testaurant serving good breakfast

Cons: Bathroom supplies - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash to be provided. Bathroom tubs need an anti skid mat. Need to do pest control indoors for cockroaches.
