Overall the stay and experience was good. Very nice lady at front desk check in.

Pros: The breakfast was great, hot and fresh. The diner area was a little crowded when more people arrive for breakfast.

Cons: The surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t give you a comfortable view and feeling.

Awesome family time in roomS that were close together as requested. :-)

Pros: They blessed me and upgraded my room to a Suite because my original request to have a room close to the rest of my family staying in other rooms was not done so they corrected that and upgraded. Awesome Customer Service! :-)

A pleasantly surprisingly good stay

Pros: I selected the location to be close to my meeting location - and have stayed at other hotels and motels in the vicinity on previous trips - Fairfield was by far a much more pleasant experience. The room was clean, the towels were surprisingly thick and fluffy, and the entire place just had a good 'vibe'.

Cons: The only \

Clean, friendly and would stay again.

Pros: Very kind staff, very clean and tidy. Great breakfast!

Cons: The gym was a little crowded as in a lot of stuff for me to maneuver around. Although it was an excellent little gym!

Really good and Caring people :)

Pros: The night we stayed, the power went out . Fortunately, the staff was really nice and helped us find a place to sleep. I am really grateful for that. Next time we go to Austin, we know where to stay.
