visiting

Pros: Great location, clean room and very friendly staff

Cons: I have no negative comments; everything was fine and what I expected.

Decent hotel with good rooms and a pool.

Pros: Reception area, reception staff, room, car parking, and pool.

Cons: Location – have to drive to get to anywhere/anything. Breakfast area was overcrowded – perhaps because the breakfast hours are quite limited. (apart from the breakfast room, facilities were very good)

I left relaxed and renewed.

Pros: The hotel was clean and quiet … void of boisterous guests and pets.

Cons: I was disappointed the housekeeping staff didn’t speak any English and couldn’t assist with my questions.

Great except for the pool. It was closed for no reason during record hot temperatures.

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: I had two children with me who wanted to swim. Record high temperatures over 100 degrees. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Yet we were not allowed to swim in it for two whole days! Never got in! Staff kept claiming it had been treated with chemicals. I don't believe it. My children were so disappointed. I wanted to cancel and move to another hotel. This review would be perfect if not for the pool.

Comfortable and restful atmosphere; very courteous staff.

Pros: Large room with a comfy queen bed. I loved the separate room with the couch and desk separate from the bedroom.

Cons: No extra lotion or shower cap. Snack foods sold down stairs could be more nutritious and a wider variety. At my locations, there were no restaurants within reasonable walking distance and I did not have a car. Lyft was so expensive ($60 from the airport).
