The staff especially Heath made the stay great

Pros: Heath the barman is the best, this is our second stay

Cons: Could be updated but it is comfortable and clean hence our return.

Had a great 5 days there, will be back next year same time!

Pros: We were there for a 5 day/night dance festival in house. Flew in from Vancouver Island, BC Canada. Our room was great, downstairs cocktails & bevies were great. Check in was quick & easy. Housekeeping were great, kept us stocked with essentials. Pool was wonderful. Location was super convenient. Front desk staff helped us out when we realized we had missed booking on extra night stay.

Cons: The only thing I can think to comment on, is the little happy hour restaurant/bar in the lobby, could maybe use 2 staff working on peak times. The one person was swamped, and that impacted our ordering food/bevies, the orders getting taken, and beverages & food took a longer time due to high volume of customers. One person is not as effective as two would, be a win/win

Pros: Room very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning excellent.

Cons: Hotel bar could do with some draft beers.

Short and sweet

Pros: Location worked as it was a cheap uber ride from COTA and the city. Handy for the airport too. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Loved those buttermilk pancakes! Heath in the bar is a real asset to the hotel.

Cons: Lack of power outlets in the room unless you unplugged the lamps. Plumbing not great. Toilet blocked twice and sink blocked too. Hotel feels like it needs a little TLC. Dinner options in the bar were ok but food could have been better and hotter

Very clean and easy access from the freeway, a clean, quiet place to stay and attended conference.

Pros: Clean, comfy bed. Enough space, refrigerator (needed it for insulin) Helpful staff, easy check-in/check-out. Was there for a conference. It had a beautiful outdoor pool area and I wished I had more time to enjoy that. There was also a small store for snacks and toiletries in the lobby.

Good place to stay for the value

Pros: Big spacious rooms, good location - just takes 10 mins to drive downtown. Great breakfast options.

Cons: They didn't clean our room for the first 3 nights and we had to ask to change our towels. Besides that all was fine.

Pros: Spacious room, however not very modern and quite noisy due to nearby I35 and airport highways which on another hand make the location very convenient, especially if you travel by main road of I35 between Austin and San Antonio, with good free parking places and easy access to the road without any traffics. Generally it is a good value for money in Austin South.

Cons: Long waiting time at the reception (20 mins!) even after finally they found my booking. Furthermore, the staff at the reception gave me a card to room no 722 which... does not exist! After returning to the reception, nobody apologized or even just explained - they just gave me a card to a diff room no 1420 which luckily existed this time.

Good for ACL, bad for your back.

Pros: The staff was very friendy, the parking lot was huge, and it was a good distance from the hotel to Zilker Park. We did not use any other amenities since we were there just for the festival.

Cons: Since we were visiting for Austin City Limits, we could not get food from the hotel because they closed so early or open late in the day. On the other hand, the carpet was filthy, we had a cricket in our room, and the bed was sagging so badly, that we could not sleep properly.
