Pros: Modern hotel, good rooms and clean. We liked the gym and pool.

It was an amazing experience

Pros: I liked how clean the room was, spacious with comfortable beds. We had an issue with our tv not being able to connect to the WiFi and we called the front desk, they were quick to help us and very polite

IT WAS COMFORTABLE AND OK.

Pros: Staff was helpful. hotel was quiet and clean and newly built. Environment was modern.

Cons: I wish there was Continental breakfast too. also, the inside kitchen bar had a variety of food for a fair price too. also, there was no microwave or trash bags inside the bins.

Affordable and nice

Pros: The hotel was really nice and the staff were helpful!

Cons: Location didn’t feel the safest. (More so at night) It was right by an old railroad with some homeless people. We were only 9 mins from the airport and thought there would be an airport shuttle, but it wasn’t offered at this location. Just the Aloft Austin Airport location.

Overall the price and quality of the hotel for the money is the best deal. Love the hip,cool decor.

Pros: Was breakfast included? If so I had no idea. Room was fantastic, great size, love the fresh youthful decor throughout the hotel, but the location wasn’t good. I can hear the freeway/overpass the entire night. Maybe invest in double pane windows in the rooms facing freeways.

Cons: Location and sound of freeway/highway/overpasses were a bit loud. Also, the Osaka Aloft hotel had an espresso machine in the room. I would have loved that in the Aloft, Austin.
