Outstanding.

Pros: Greeted by a warm and kind receptionist at the front desk around 7pm on the 28th of October 2025 from the UK. the following day I was due to drive to Dallas the following morning at 5am. The receptionist provided me with a lovely bag with water bottles and a snack for the evening which was extremely useful and kind. The following morning the following receptionist kindly provided myself with a food bag with dry foods to take along the way to my journey at 5am. I was treated with good care from the hotel not only in a formal manner but the kindness from the two receptionists. They are truly very kind and helpful. I will certainly return back to the hotel as the staff were incredible and efficient.

Excellent place to do B&B after arriving late after a long flight

Pros: This was merely a place to crash after arriving at the airport after a 10 hour flight with too little time to get to our proper location. I was most impressed with the breakfast that I assumed would be a basic cheap offering and it was really good!

Pros: Very near to Airport.The rooms are spacious and clean bathrooms.One thing that lacked is a Glass partition for shower area.(They have only Curtains)Airport shuttle was also good.

Perfect overnighter close to airport

Pros: Comfortable, clean room about 6mins from airport. Free shuttle bus in the morning back to the airport.

Lovely, and if you absolutely need to be close to the Austin airport this is a great choice

Pros: The hotel checkin experience was very easy, and the location was very close to the airport (about a 5 minute drive). I was kind of shocked with how spacious and nice the hotel was given that I was expecting a small box-ish room for an airport hotel. Also the facilities were great, absolutely above and beyond my expectations.

Very impressed with the decor and many offering in the lobby. The sheets were an added plus.

Pros: The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The coffee was very good and the area was kept clean and well stocked.

Cons: the airport shuttle had a period in the middle of the day when not accessible, this forced us to get taxis to get to and from the airport because of our flight times. The Airport has a no flight policy during the night so why a no shuttle policy is necessary during the day is beyond me. The fact the hotel is in an area with very little outside facilities and everything is only reachable by cab makes this policy even more ridiculous. Given the reason for our stay (airport proximity) I think a return to Austin would make me look closer to town for an overnight (two night in our case) hotel

A nice stay in a comfortable hotel at airport

Pros: Breakfast, staff very friendly, everything in room was definitely nice.

Cons: Would be nice to know where to go upon arrival at airport to get taxi, Uber or Lyft if one arrives after shuttle stops running in evening! You do not wait right outside Arrivals - you walk up one level across car parkade which is across the road from Arrivals, following signs for Uber and Taxis!!! New comers do not know this and hotel should have some mention of this on their website! The taxi was easier to obtain by the way as there was a huge line up for an Uber. Taxi was immediate and cost was in line with the quotes we got on their app for an Uber to the hotel. The hotel had told us taxi would be more expensive but it was not and I don't know how everyone got an Uber.
