Pros: The room very clean. The staffs at reception desk all are very nice. Close to the airport. I will visit again for sure when travel to Austin next time.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly. It was a good location.

Pros: Outside lighting in the parking lot. The shades blocked out the sun well.

Austin's best hotel

Pros: After leaving a very bad hotel the first day of our vacation we ended up finding this hotel and were met with a very nice and accommodating staff who gave us early arrival with a clean room and excellent hotel where we felt safe and clean.

Perfect Location & Full Kitchen Suite, Though Cold Showers and Cookie-Only Breakfast

Pros: My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Austin Airport exceeded expectations. The enormous suite had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a delightful surprise. I also appreciated that the room had no carpet—a bonus. The location couldn’t be more convenient for anyone flying in or out of Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and the rate was very competitive. To top it off, complimentary parking added real value to the overall package.

Cons: The shower proved temperamental: it started icy cold, would warm up briefly, then suddenly go cold again. Breakfast was a significant letdown, consisting of only cookies and a cup of brewed coffee—we genuinely felt misled by the “breakfast” promise. While the check-in staff were welcoming and helpful, the following morning, an attendant seemed less friendly, though she remained respectful.
