Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South by IHG

Fantastic

Pros: Heaps of room for everyone to have their own space

Pros: Expect a basic clean hotel with a morning breakfast and that is what I got. Predictable and a good value for the money.

Cons: Booking dot com - impossible for me to change my check in to one day later on a 4 day reservation. Booking hides their customer service telephone #. Tried to do it online then but they wouldnt budge. What if it was an emergency change.

Very good

Pros: Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Pros: Good size room and value for what we needed. Quiet area

Comfortable but would be better if they had toothpaste

Pros: I like how helpful the front desk lady was with an issue i was having with booking.com

Cons: I didn't like that they didn't have any toothpaste or mouth wash available.

Clean and safe place to stay

Pros: Very clean and close to our event .staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable

Cons: Pillows were flat

Baseball weekend!

Pros: The pool was perfect for the hot afternoons! Location was terrific. Close to downtown, easy access to the freeways.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Beds are extremely comfortable and room was very clean
