Holiday Inn Austin Airport by IHG

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for a business trip.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for the places I needed to visit. The room was a good size and very clean, with plenty of useful items such as a fridge and microwave.

Cons: The food options were very limited for an evening meal. Overall, I think the food prices (especially the breakfast) were rather expensive - $25 for a mediocre Eggs Benedict, with an orange juice and some coffee seemed a bit much.

Pros: Super clean, friendly staff and 24x7 airport pickup is fantastic

Pros: Hôtel calme chambre spacieuse avec le coin salon camapé.

Cons: Nous n’avons pas pu nous connecter au wifi et pour les 2 réservations que nous avions fait.

Pros: Clean facility and a friendly staff with a bar that is open late

Cons: That the shuttle only went to the airport but it’s not a dealbreaker

Our stay was pleasant.

Pros: Everything was neat and clean in the hotel. You could not access the floors without your key card.

Cons: I did not like the smell of the hotel when you enter. It has the strong smell of cleaners. Very overwhelming.

Next to Airport. Just Pack Your Snacks

Pros: Staff were nice especially Davette who immediately helped me with check in Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition and I liked their toiletries. The airport shuttle was awesome operating every 20 min for free. The fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel along with the snack bar was a plus.

Cons: Although I appreciated having the option to buy snacks and water from the snack bar near the lobby or even food from their restaurant, I gotta say it was way more expensive than it should have been. It's more expensive that food and beverages in the airport!

One of my best stays at a hotel in a long time.

Pros: I loved the friendly staff, the smell and cleanliness of the property and the rooms were perfect. I loved that there was a bar and food.

Cons: my room's curtains didn't close all the way so i didn't get to sleep as long as I would have liked because the sun brightly peeped in and woke me up the next day. This was my only complaint.

Pros: Thought breakfast was included in price of room, it was not, and too expensive for what was offered.

Cons: Price of supposedly included breakfast.

Will stay here again!!

Pros: Staff was very kind and professional-welcomed us right when we walked in the door. Rooms were exceptional!
