Best Western may have converted me to looking at them first for future stays!

Pros: I was hoping to stay on the south side of Austin, but all the properties I was looking at online had negative comments about either bugs/pests in the rooms or parking lots that weren't secure/safe, neither of which suit me. I pushed myself to travel a little further south and found this Best Western and couldn't have been happier. The price was reasonable, the room large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best I encountered on my 3 hotels stays on this trip. Best Western may have converted me to looking at them first for future stays as since resuming hotel travel my past goto places are substantial worse than I remember them being.

I enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice. A pleasant stay.

Cons: The shower floor in room 204 is wonky. It's not a solid feel under your feet. Kinda bouncy, it feels like you're on a rubber ball. Sounds crazy but check it out. I'll be back. Thank you

Great hotel to stay in the night before a flight.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Friendly check in, great breakfast. Large, well equipped room, spacious shower. Not far to drive to airport.

Cons: Not very obvious where entrance is, very busy area.

Comfortable stay away from home!

Pros: Spent two comfortable nights at BW! Everything was great...the staff, room, breakfast options...etc!

Cons: Parking at night! Parking filled up fast. Although there is plenty of parking, I preferred parking in the front for safety reasons.

Pros: Breakfast was delish. Enjoyed convenience of location to restaurants and cafes but did not enjoy access to entry to hotel. Several rigs blocked entry and exit to hotels parking area. Employees were super helpful with requests made to them. Enjoyed our stay there.
