Candlewood Suites - Buda - Austin SW by IHG

Excellent value!

Pros: The staff and the facility were excellent. They were very accommodating, as we needed to rush to go off to a wedding. We were very impressed with the room size. The hotel was extremely clean, very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book at Candlewood for our next trip.

Such a pleasant experience will stay again.

Pros: Customer service was above and beyond with all staff I worked with!

Very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: The property was exceedingly clean. The staff were very professional and they made our stay comfortable. I mentioned this to the front desk when we checked out. He was very humble and said that it was the staff that did all the work. He didn’t take any of the credit. It takes all of the staff to make a difference. We also were impressed on how quiet it was.

Cons: All was great.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facilities. Great price

Best staff

Pros: The beds were comfy, the rooms are big. The staff were absolutely the sweetest and the most helpful. I think they’re right on par with Disney on how friendly they are.

Cons: The rooms need them updating & I think the price is a bit too high

Great

Pros: Staff, property location, Free washing services and their outside propane grills

Cons: N/A

Polite and clean

Pros: My husband and I were in town for a motorcycle class. When we arrived, the staff were polite and informational. The room was comfortable and clean. It had amenities we were not expecting like the kitchenette had all of the dishes and cookware you would need. The bathroom was well lit. The closet was huge. Ample storage. The only thing in the room that we were a little uneasy about is the little recliner seem to have been heavily used and had clear markings where someone's head would rest on a chair. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we would stay here again if needed.

Just what I needed in a place to stay!

Pros: Great location for my needs. The staff was also friendly and responsive.

Cons: Booking.com said the property offered breakfast, but they do not.

Great customer service, very clean and comfort hotel.

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing it lack was a breakfast area.

Cons: Did not have a breakfast area.

The stay was excellent enough for me to take time to do this review.

Pros: The location and extras in the room were glorious. So was the staff!

Cons: The deposit. Hope I get it back timely.
