Great location in the lovely town of Fredericksburg.

Pros: We booked a room with a balcony and enjoyed sitting out at the end of a busy day reading a book or just relaxing. We slept really well in the comfortable bed. Location is great. Room was very clean.

Cons: Decor is tired, rooms could do with updating.

Best place to stay on Main St.

Pros: Great staff and it is very close to everything on Main Street.

Cons: Our AC didn't work very well.

A nice choice for a confortable and delightful stay in Frederickburg

Pros: Simplicity is King. The hotel is a honest 3 star. No luxury, but very confortable beds and clean facilities. Very silent. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: The pillow is too soft. The curtains in the room dont cover the window totally.

We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The room was big and the location was close enough to walk into town. The pool and covered area outside were very pretty. Overall a great place to stay.

Very good.

Pros: Breakfast was fine. The room was very large. It was quiet! Staff in dining area were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Parking was convient. Nice courtyard. Comfortable room.

Cons: The man at the front desk was a bit grim. Never saw him smile. The room lacked adequate storage space for multiple night stays. There were no drawers to unpack clothing. I finally found hidden under the television a roll out wire item with three levels. Not acceptable.
