Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn and Suites

Pros: The front desk staff were courteous and kind to check me in and answered questions I had. The breakfast was excellent.The morning staff that took care of the breakfast area made sure everything was in order and kept up with the cleanliness. The maintenance man responded quickly to take care of two things that had to be taken care of in the room without no problem. I have no complaints this hotel has excellent staff in every Department thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Fantastic Experience

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the imminities were nice. The breakfast was really good as well.

Cons: Nothing.

Good overnight option while on the road.

Pros: Comfortable stay, only one night spent here on our little Texas road trip. Cooling off in the pool after a hot day sight seeing was welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty.

Cons: Wife thought the linen had an odd smell but didn't bother me.

Pros: Very Nice Straff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

Cons: The refrigerator made a constant noise. The hot tub was not working.

Cons: The buffet lady wasn’t kind kept giving us sticky eye (we never left a mess and kept to our self)

Pros: “I was celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn and Suites made our stay smooth and completely stress‑free. I originally planned to stay just one day, but the experience was so good that I stayed a second night. For the first time ever, the pictures online actually matched the room and the hotel — I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. Breakfast was good, and while it would be even better with more options like bacon or boiled eggs, everything tasted fresh, and the fruits — especially the apples and oranges — were great. Kudos to the entire staff, including housekeeping and the kitchen; I honestly wanted to find something to complain about, but I can’t. Please don’t raise the prices… you’re doing everything right.”

Cons: “What didn’t I like? Well… no free balloons or free candy — just kidding. Honestly, the service wasn’t what I expected at first because I had just flown back from Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida, and that’s a big difference. But your hotel really surprised me. From the moment I walked in, the air felt clean and fresh, and the staff was friendly. This place is definitely a must‑visit the next time I come to San Antonio. Keep everything just the way it is.”

Pros: Everybody was good to us. The breakfast was amazing and it was a lot of places right by the hotel that we could go if we didn’t want to get food.

Great hotel for a good price!

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of pillows and good quality towels and bedding. Everything was very good!

Cons: The location was about 15 minutes from downtown. But we got free parking so it was good tradeoff.
