Pros: Really comfortable bed, great hot showers, best mirror in the bathroom!

Cons: Floor was a little dirty

My family enjoyed our night peaceful and safe.

Pros: The ad on Priceline was misleading double room with double beds. Room was small. I expressed I thought I was given wrong room but the employee the night of Dec 8th he fixed it and gave me a much bigger roomier room. I was satisfied with my stay. Comfortable quiet place. Thanks for providing a great stay

Cons: I didn't like the fact that a table with 2 chairs isn't provided. I get a desk and office chair provided but more options to eat food or play cards would be nice. But over all we made it work we used the ironing board as a table. Hope that was ok. Thanks again for a great stay

A great base for my Texas adventure - a good, relaxing, welcoming place to stay.

Pros: The hotel was ideally situated, so near to the I90 heading west out of San Antonio - I was in Texas to see the eclipse and needed to explore the area for a good spot. It was easy to get to and to get away from, wherever I was going. The room was large, the facilities were fine, plenty of hot water, clean as a pin thanks to excellent housekeeping. Lovely to have breakfast included, ample provision each day - and the swimming pool made for a great place to relax in the warm sunshine - a real bonus for a Brit accustomed to chilly Octobers! The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful, from the moment I arrived as a weary traveller to the time of my reluctant departure - very accommodating with every request I made.

Cons: I'd hoped to use the fitness suite shown in the photos, but unfortunately it was out of action while I was there. Otherwise I had no complaints. I didn't like having to leave after only one week - wish I could have stayed longer (more time in the pool!)

With the exception of staff not being available, I was very pleased.

Pros: The location to Lackland Air Force Base was excellent. It took me approximately 2 minutes to get to the base. The room was clean, quiet and adjacent to my car. I would definitely use them again.

Cons: Staff was not available all of the time. I tried to check out with the staff at approximately 8:15 in the morning, no one was available. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I ended up having to leave the keys on the front desk. I would have preferred to get my receipt immediately. Still have not received it.

Pros: The door in the 148 is not easy to unlock the door please check out this issue

The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily through out our stay. The housekeeping crew was very nice!

Pros: The handicap accessible rooms are truly a blessing. The parking spot was right on front of room, the bed wasn’t too tall and the bathroom had safety rails and a walk in bath tub.

Cons: The first night the neighbors were very loud until the wee hours of the morning.

Vas para las actividades del Air force? Es cerca, pero procura llevar algunas cosas para asegurarte de la limpieza.

Pros: Me gustó del lugar que queda extremadamente de la base de Lackland. Ideal para personas que desean estar extremadamente cerca para poder participar de las actividades de los aviadores o irlos a visitar.

Cons: No me gustó del alojamiento, la poca diversidad del desayuno, el lugar por fuera se ve horrible. Parece un lugar abandonado o que suelen vivir personas de bajos recursos o sin hogar, la limpieza no es la mejor. Necesitan perfeccionar la limpieza en detalles, como las esquinas pegadas al piso de la bañera, la furnitura, la parte de la taza del inodoro, los espejos, trabajar la humedad de los cuartos y limpieza de filtros de aire acondicionado. Me enfermé de alergias e infección de garganta por la humedad y los olores que crea la misma. Deben invertir también en nuevas almohadas, encontré algunas manchadas. Antes de proseguir mi estadía, tuve que hacer una limpieza y encontré pedazos de galletas en el suelo debajo de la cama, e incluso, mi mascota sacó un pedazo de un rottini. De la misma manera invertir en la fachada, que se vea más bonito y atractivo. Es un lugar que está recibiendo muchas familias para las actividades de la base, debería estar a la altura. Dentro de todo, me resolvió mis necesidades fuera de todas las observaciones que puedo mencionar siendo una profesional de la limpieza en detalle. Y las comento porque tienen el potencial para mejorar.

Cons: Breakfast was all cold things.

Pros: Las camas me gustaron mucho.. Para descansar, después de un día de mucho caminar.

Cons: La tina un poco deteriorada
