Perfect location, service, room, breakfast, comfort.

Pros: The front desk Belinda? Melinda? Valinda? was amazing. So helpful. Kind. Everyone there was so nice. We were very blessed.

Pros: Breakfast area was small but felt comfy. Waffle makers were the hit with the kids. The indoor pool was very nice. Staff was always friendly and helped with flat tire.

Cons: Felt wedged between large freeways. We had rooms facing south/away from freeways, so not really a noise problem

Excellent!

Pros: The staff is phenomenal. Had a drink at the bar and asked about an off menu drink, she whipped it up for me. I was appreciative. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious. I would only recommend having usb charging ports in the room. Most hotels have that now, and we didn't pack them thinking the room would have one.

Cons: Thr jacuzzi was not working and no USB charging ports in the rooms

Without hesitation I would stay there again.

Pros: Nice, clean, modern, good quality areas and decorations. Good breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cons: Everything good. 15 min away from Tower of the America or less. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nice and close and easy to get to Lackland from there. Geared at Lackland BMT families for graduation ceremonies.

Cons: Wish had bagels and muffins included in breakfast options.

Pros: Everything! The front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Provided a map of the location. I got late night food to eat. I got two birthday drinks. Room was phenomenal, especially coming from what I stayed in the night's before. Having a fridge and microwave was super necessary.

Cons: I loved everything about it

Great stay, will recommend

Pros: Loved the espresso machine, location to Lackland AFB along with hotel maps for BMT graduation, nice size TV

Cons: We did not like the open glass shower too much water sprayed out getting floor wet, fridge door wouldn't close all the way, didnt care for electrical outlet below nightstand hard to reach for chargers
