Hyatt Regency Austin

Great views, location very good for boat trips and city restaurants.

Pros: Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good in the restaurant. View from our lake view room was superb. Room was spacious. Hotel was newly refurbished.

Cons: No mugs/cups in the room for coffee/tea only plastic cups available. No water supplied in the room but it was provided at reception when I asked for it.

We travelled with Teens and had a great time in Austin.

Pros: We had a City view twin Queen room, the view was fantastic We stayed in Austin for two full days which was enough to do most things, visit the capitol building, explore the city Paddle board and Kayak along the river and explore Ziker Park and Barton springs.

Our stay was perfect.

Pros: The view, your excellent staff, the food. Pablo your front desk manager went far beyond what we expected to make our stay a memorable one.

Cons: We loved everything.

Pros: Location was very nice by the lake with all the green spaces.

Cons: Parking was expensive both for valet and self-parking. Wasn't comfortable walking around in the area because there seemed like a large number of homeless people.

Pros: We enjoyed the location near the river and the Congress Avenue bat bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and elevators were clean. Walkable to South Congress.

Cons: The vents in the ceiling at the top of the atrium are very dirty. They appear very hard to reach, but when a guest sees that, they wonder what else might not be getting cleaned. The price was a little high, nearly $500/night for standard sized room with two beds.

Amazing! We highly recommend it!!

Pros: The decor was lovely inside. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. My sons loved that they could go in the hot tub at Christmas time. The staff were amazing, especially Tom at reception, who went out of his way for us after a tiring long journey to get there!

Pros: Room was nice and clean, staff were very welcoming and they did their very best to make sure you were looked after.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay but overpriced considering lack of in-room comfort

Pros: Location Proximity to downtown and South Austin and trail around lake Beds were comfortable View was as expected and paid for Staff excellent Food good

Cons: No armchairs in room Bed linen was not changed during 8 night stay! Bath was tired
