Pros: Very friendly staff - particularly the helpful valets. Breakfast was very nice. Room had great view (top floor).

Cons: Room was a little small (2 Queen and sofa room), sofa bed mattress was a little lumpy.

Two Nights in Austin

Pros: Excellent location on 3rd Street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable- best nights sleep of the whole holiday. Free breakfast was fine although could have done with more food choices. We arrived at 12 noon but they were still happy to check us in and let us go to our room. Baggage store on check out was a big plus and enabled us to spend more time sightseeing before our flights.

Cons: No negatives except perhaps more food choice at breakfast.

Pros: Location is perfect, in the middle of all the big main hotels but a much cheaper option with a single room available for a family of 5. Breakfast was much better than expected, very fresh

Very nice place to stay - great staff; from front desk to breakfast to cleaning

Pros: Austin had a lot to choose from, but I'm glad I picked this one for my 6 day stay in Austin. Very friendly staff and the rooms are more than just fine. If you get a room on the east side of the hotel you will get great views and sunrises as well.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very close to the convention center. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean, daily cleaning was good. My room was at 17th floor with a beautiful city view.

Cons: There was no complimentary coffee throughout the day, since the hotel was selling starbucks coffee. There was no water refill center, you have to ask the bar personel every time so that they will fill up your water bottle. The breakfast was ok.
