We come back

Pros: Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was nice nd clean. THe location was good for us since we wanted to spend the evening in a music bar around the corner. We had valet parking, which was necessary downtown Austin. We received bottles of water when we checked in. Very thoughtful.

Cons: Only the top roof pool was too crowded for us, by many kids and families. The pool was not that big and clear and luxuroius as I expected. The drinks there were served in plastic cups and expensive (It was very hot and we sat in the seating area with clothes on, due to a very crowded pool area). The Valet parking was wonderful but quite expensive ( No alternatives because downtown parking is expensive anyway)

Pros: The location was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: I still wish you didn't have to ask to have your room cleaned, but I guess that's one of the benefits we lost with COVID.

Great location with good views

Pros: The room was cleaned every day. The gym was awesome with an incredible view. Also the pool and the pool bar were great. Amazing views of Austin City from the top.

Cons: The food in the restaurant was a little bit more than average. Not bad but the menu could have more variety.

Very nice staff and overall hotel, pet friendly, expect over an extra $100 added for just parking

Pros: Loved the location! It was in walking distance to everything or a short car ride

Cons: The car parking is terrible . There’s no where to really park that’s accessible if you want to go exploring so you basically have to use their valet which compared to the room rates is exorbitant.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful, comfortable stay

Pros: The property was very clean and smelled so good. It was in a perfect location since my friend and I were going for NYE. Great view and walking distance from the bars and restaurant that we went to. Amazing and can’t wait to stay there again.

Cons: There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was 10!

We were celebrating our engagement and to the new year, and Westin gave us what we wanted.

Pros: We didn’t have to leave. we had the rooftop bar. We had the oyster bar.

Cons: The outside quest that was disruptive, the police beating on the door on our hall (not our room) was not discreet at all.

Pros: The property is very nice and clean for the most part, the pool at the roof top was amazing. Also, where people don’t really look at was the guys that were getting the cars from valet were amazing.

Cons: The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner like the shower for sure. The toilet leaked water when flushed. Location of the hotel is a no… if you’re not paying Valet, there’s no way to know where to park. Also, upon arriving, they kind of had trouble checking me in and the lady kind of judged my appearance because I was traveling I guess.
