Pros: Grabbed something quick from their coffee shop, great spot & food was above par. Like a Starbucks but better.

Cons: The only negative was having to pay $30 dollars to check out at 12 versus 11. With how much I spent on the hotel and the hotel amenities I feel like I shouldn't have been charged $30. Other than that everything and everyone was great.

Pros: Awesome location! Excellent staff! Thank you for making our anniversary feel special. It was a really nice surprise to open our door and see the bottle of champagne and a special note for us. Well done! :)

Cons: A bit pricey. Would only come here for a special occasion. Nothing was complimentary. I suppose this is expected from a luxury hotel though.
