Great stay in Austin.

Pros: Modern clean room, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. All requests handled very quickly. Good location and comfortable beds.

Cons: Valet sometimes a little slow in busy periods despite requesting vehicle.

Great property

Pros: We only stayed for one night before flying back to the UK, but everything was great whilst we were there! Incredible review of the Capitol from our room. Location was great

Great Rooftop, Spacious Rooms; Pillows & Wi-Fi Need Improvement

Pros: There was a great rooftop bar with an astonishing view on downtown Austin. The room was modern and spacious.

Cons: The internet speed could be better. The pillows definitely seen better days and were so bad my neck hurts the next day. The AC outlet placement directing straight into my face like a hurricane (cat 5).

Cons: The bathroom door was a clear glass, so light came in at the morning, waking me up at 8 a.m. Bring a sleep mask

relaxing, comfortable stay

Pros: We loved the location in downtown area, it was a short walk to beautiful restaurants and night clubs. It was a very central location to many great venues with live music. We liked the proximity to shops for small grocery items. We loved the rooftop bar too.
