Pros: Great place, nice room. Was a bit of a maze to find the new reception location but overall a very pleasant stay.

Great stay in a vibrant city, super close to the action.

Pros: Tidy and clean. simple but adequate gym. Pool was unheated- ok for a cold plunge in january

Pros: The room is big and the facilities are excellent. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower could be stronger…

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Everything in the Hotel was really comfortable and it has an amazing location. It's easy to arrive and visit the downtowm.

Cons: The air-conditioning was really noisy and too close to one of the beds, but the earplugs they gave us were useful so we didn't have sleep problems

Pros: The property was central and super clean. Good value for money given the location. The outside area and pool is a big positive for the property.

Cons: The staff could not provide much guidance on paying for parking. Hotel breakfast was underwhelming would probably skip.

A great base to visit Austin.

Pros: Welcoming and very clean. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Location was great for me as I moved on by Flixbus which is only a block away. I was very lucky with the weather, which meant I enjoyed the spun trap of the hotel pool - a real bonus!

Cons: The other side of location is that there is vagrancy nearby.

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a pool view.

Cons: Having.to turn on the hall light before being able to turn on the bathroom light was odd but this was a minor issue.
