Très bon séjour à Austin

Pros: Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Super emplacement à côté de 6th street. Personnel agréable.

Cons: Un peu bruyant car il y a une boite de nuit juste en face donc on entend la musique la nuit.

Great value, location near bars, and felt safe.

Pros: Love the location. Near bars that it was walking distance. The property was clean and felt safe the entire stay.

Cons: There was a consistent noise of a large closing sound throughout the night that sounded like the A/C turning off and on. The Wi-Fi did not work.

Excellent location in downtown Austin, with high quality, many amenities, and very pleasant and respectful staff!

Pros: Excellent location! Waking distance from many restaurants, grocery stores, and club locations! Everything was clean and accessible. Every staff encounter was pleasant and friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed here!

Cons: The only complaint is the price of the restaurant, breakfast buffet, and snacks available to guests. But with the overall price of the room, it’s to be expected. There was also a small issue with the bathroom shower/tub not working efficiently, with a slow drain and low shower pressure.

My stay was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pros: I liked that it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And I liked that they checked on us and asked if we needed anything.

Pros: Loved the location. Walking distance to the Capital and right on 6th street. Easy for walking to have food and drinks.

Cons: I dont travel to big cities much, so I wasn't aware that when valet came to us, they welcomed us and helped unload the car but it was around 70 a night for them to park our car. After speaking to the front desk, the only other option for parking was somewhere in a public parking space in the city. So it was convenient, but it seemed pricy for parking one night.

A room convenient to attractions added to the pleasant experience that is Austin.

Pros: The location was exceptional. The cleanliness was only acceptable. The experience with staff was, also, exceptional.

Cons: It could have been cleaner. The room was a bit cramped for four adults. The $67 per day charge for valet parking was beyond expensive. Some of that expense should have been underwritten by the cost of the room. The valet staff, however, were responsive, friendly, efficient and eager to make the experience a pleasant one.
