Pros: Loved it! It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The location is amazing and super easy walking distance from all the city has to offer. The staff was awesome and super helpful.

Cons: The laundry situation was a little confusing amd we ended up wasting time and money trying to get it to work but we got there in the end:)

Lovely apartment close to 6th St, restaurants and attractions

Pros: Our stay was great - your staff were engaging, our room was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable, and located very close to 6th Street, restaurants and attractions.

Cons: Close to I35 with constant traffic noise

Pros: Close to down town. Good size unit. Very clean. Had washing machine and dryer

Cons: The pre-checks were a nightmare with the software not working on my android phone. Emails prior to arrival were not answered. Parking is now $35 + tax Close to the I35, bring earplugs Second bedroom had no wardrobes or drawers. Minimal stuff in the kitchen. Not even a tray for the oven. Unit was not as per the photos, though it was ok. None of these things stopped our enjoyment of the unit, but are observations.

Had a great weekend roaming the streets of Austin

Pros: Modern, comfy bed, nice staff very service minded, perfectly located to downtown Austin

Cons: Maybe a bit too close to the I35 and the comuter train. Sitting on the balcony it’s very noisy. Did not disturb me when the door was closed though.

Home from Home in Downtown Austin

Pros: Great Downtown location, easy walking to all the major sites to visit.Spacious well appointed Superior Studio, heaps of space and spotlessly clean with a 2 person Balcony, well situated to catch the Sunset over the Cityscape.

Cons: AJ and his Staff were friendly and professional, organised a late Check-Out for us and gave good advice on places to check out.

Pros: Great amenities, staff and location! Rooms were so spacious and having our own kitchen was amazing. The common areas were well set up and useful too.

Cons: Only downside was water pressure in the shower, but not a big deal.

Excellent and affordable place with very friendly staff. Easy access and good location

Pros: Within range of where I needed to be and close to the center. Spacious 2 bedroom apt. Easily accessible with pincode, no hassle with keys. Clean. Spacious kitchen. Good pans, not the worn down ones!

Cons: Not really the property, but a lot is being constructed in the area, so it is quite noisy in the upcoming year (at least) (a lot of construction going on)

Pros: Awesome central location, literally steps from 6th Street and Rainey Street nightlife. Modern, apartment-style room with full kitchen, super comfy bed and great shower pressure. Check-in/out via app, smooth and contactless.
