Great location, with big room!

Pros: The room was really big. Allowed for us to leave our suitcases open, and not be in the way. It was nice to cook our own food if we wanted, and keep groceries in the fridge. Location was perfect for us! Also, having a safe in room was nice.

I would definitely book this hotel again

Pros: Super friendly staff, tasty breakfast, great and clean room with comfortable beds.

Cons: We didn't have any option to air out the room after cooking and the vent wasn't enough

Impeccable service and comfortable quarters!

Pros: The service and accommodations were exceptional. From the greeting by the valet, the check-in, questions answered and finally check out, everyone was courteous, helpful, and friendly.

Cons: The pillows are too soft. Maybe have an assortment of firm and soft instead of all one type. The cost of parking is quite high but probably in line with surrounding locations.

Love to stay here again, home away from home. Highly recommend

Pros: Property is clean the room was nice it has complete set of kitchen needs for people who can cook, big fridge and dishwasher. We don’t use it coz we’re always outside but it will be nice if you have family and stay longer. We’re here Austin Marathon and exploring popular BBQ places.

Best-value para viajes en familia

Pros: Una excelente opción para quedarse en Austin, justo en el centro de la ciudad donde todo te queda caminando. Las habitaciones super espaciosas, muy limpias y cómodas. Desayuno incluido te resuelve muchas cosas y el personal de todo el hotel es muy atento.

Cons: Si viajas en coche, busca opciones de estacionamiento fuera del hotel ya que el servicio de parking con el que cuentan es demasiado caro comparado con estacionamientos en la zona o parquímetros en la calle.

Our New Years Eve celebration was excellent and the Hotel was too.

It was great besides the tiny bathroom and cigarette smoke residual room.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, newly updated, quick elevators, and it felt comfortable! Breakfast was great too! Wish the bar/restaurant could stay open later for those of us coming in later from participating in city activities.

Cons: All the rooms are supposed to be smoke free but as soon as we walked in, my husband and I knew there was smoking in our room. That was very disappointing as we had our 2 kids with us breathing in the residual smoke. It was obvious so please be aware when staying in 307!
