BEST Hotel and Service

Pros: Beautiful location downtown Austin and within walking distance of 2nd Street District and many restaurants. Short ride to Austin Airport. Room was beautiful and was equipped with Nespresso Machine, complimentary water and fridge. Clean sheets and towels- just lovely. Front desk was super friendly, AJ took great care of me and even remembered my name (I came for a conference with 500+ people). Overall A+

Great 5 star hotel in downtown austin

Pros: Everything, the room, the facilities, the location, it's just perfect. I very much enjoyed the pool every single morning of my stay. But i think it's an expensive hotel, not that it's not worth it..

Enjoyed our stay in Austin

Pros: Enjoyed rooftop bar, concierge were super helpful with trying to find venue for line dancing. Breakfast was delicious

Pros: Good location, I loved the pool area and restaurants down there. Very clean, excellent staff!

Cons: In the room bathroom the fans didn’t work, and smell a bad scent after going to the toilet with your partner was not nice. Even the shower door stayed a bit open.

The perfect hotel for Austin travel! A true gem centrally located!

Pros: One of the best hotels in Austin - centrally located, gorgeous, lots of amenities and amazing restaurants. The staff is so attentive and the rooms are amazing. It is always a joy to stay here when we visit Austin! The pool is a perfect escape during the day with poolside cocktails and great views of downtown Austin. The restaurants are perfect for a brunch with friends, watch the big game, or grab a quick bite before checking out the city. Its our favorite place to stay for Austin City Limits, SXSW or just a quick Austin getaway.

Cons: Parking is expensive for what it is and is charged separately from the hotel - which can be annoying. But overall no notes - great property and the staff are amazing.
