Modern Austin hotel

Pros: Location, good size rooms, bathroom very modern and shower was great. Clean rooms and public areas. Reception staff are responsive to your requests.

Cons: Lightning in rooms and public areas are too dark.

Pros: Great to have a heated pool for the kids. Location was great and the Vera Cruz restaurant on site was very handy and tasty. The room was a good size.

Cons: The staff could have been friendlier. Good at check in but otherwise disappointing. We weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay at check out. Would have expected better customer service. More hanging space for towels would be good especially in family rooms.

Pros: The vibe, the youthful energy. The restaurants on site, the pool area is stunning and the common spaces are fantastic. The valets were so friendly.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was extremely spacious, the bed was super comfy and the views of the city were amazing. The pool was perfect and if you like margaritas, the bar by the pool serves the best margaritas! The hotel was also in a great location!

Cons: Nothing, we thought the hotel had everything you could need!

Very friendly staff and nice hotel overall

Pros: The staff was very nice, I came on my birthday and they added a nice touch with a hand written card and cookie, and gave me a great room in a quiet area and a lovely view of the river. The gym is also quite nice and I had decent Mexican food in the hotel. It’s centrally located.

Cons: The only thing is that the pool was slightly less nice than I thought, as you can see the highway/main road from it, I’d expected more isolated. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Great central location in Downtown Austin - clean and comfortable - friendly staff, great pool with delicious tacos and cocktails.

Cons: The price to park your car as a guest was $54 USD per night - which we thought was completely unreasonable considering we were paying guests...

Comfortable, friendly and within walking distance of nearby attractions.

Pros: Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern, clean and the shower was excellent.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Lovely room, great location

Pros: Amazing location to explore downtown Austin by foot. The Ladybird Lake pathway is at the doorstep, as well as the bridge that you can walk across to instantly be shopping on South Congress. I arrived at midnight on a Saturday night, the hotel lobby was full of 20 year olds drinking in their pajamas, but upstairs my room was completely soundproof.
