Luxury and friendly experience in the centre of an awesome city

Pros: Excellent location, great room and hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was lovely, spa was one of the best we’ve ever been to and the butler’s pantry was the cherry on top. Shoutout to all the valets! The shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel taken care of.

Cons: Housekeeping didn’t come back to refresh our room on the second night after we asked for 5 minutes to get ready and leave. Poolside staff were ok but would have been helpful to come out and ask if we wanted drinks rather than going through to the bar with wet swimwear.

Pros: pool area and bars and restaurants were all fantastic. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and bars to visit near the location. Rooms were very well designed with beautiful artwork all throughout. Prices for the most part were very reasonable based on the quality of the property and the product. 7th floor bar/restaurant area seemed to be a fairly happening location for locals as well as for visitors.

Cons: Not many food options on the property itself, room service closes overnight and for the price of hotel would kind of expect to have more late night food options for hungry travelers.

Perfect downtown location for a short vacation in Austin.

Pros: Very comfortable bed/pillows, best in class actually. Very good menu catering to a broad range of tastes. Food at all times was tasty, fresh and well prepared. Service was exemplary. Really liked the availability of morning tea/coffee outside the lifts so we could delay breakfast until brunch.

Cons: Cocktails at the bar were rather pricey relative to nearby options.
