Clean modern safe stay in Austin

Pros: View was of the skyscraper building - beautiful at night to see the city lights. I had a room on the 6th floor. The hotel reception staff are all fantastic - including GEORGE! eXCELLENT sized room and excellent sized bathroom. Hair dryer was available, great Curtains that blocked out the sunlight - great black out blinds. great sized bed. Excellent lighting. great sun deck on the swimming pool floor. Taco truck downstairs across the road food was ok.

Cons: Could have done with more space to hang clothes. There was a hair in the bath. Instructions on how to turn the shower on and use it properly would have been helpful. Vending machines didn't work on a lot of the floors when I needed something to drink. Driver from the Airport with the Shuttle was very helpful although a little disgruntled about the state of the city.

Great location & friendly staff

Pros: Great location with several balconies to view the city. You can access the bike trail easily. There are food trucks and a convenience store nearby. The bed was super comfy and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: In the morning, the water didn't get very warm so the lukewarm shower was really disappointing for such a nice hotel. The parking garage has a very short height restriction so if you have anything on top - even just a cargo rack, you may not be able to access the garage. There is limited parking around the building otherwise. Elevators are super slow.

Pros: Excellent location at lake front, start your morning walk directly from the hotel door. We were happy to have diner at the hotel (great grilled hambirger). Great view on the Lake

Pros: I loved the staff and how close we were to Ladybird Lake. It was stunning at this time of year. And Rainey Street was fun and had great Texas vibes. We were also close enough to the centre of everything to be there in 10 minutes. So it was like a haven, but close enough to enjoy the best of Austin. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to chill and take in the highlights of the City.

Great position and a great view.

Pros: Good position clean and tidy great view. Great cooling. Airport transfer was a breeze. Short walk to some great eateries

Cons: Breakfast was a little lacklustre.

Pros: The staff and location was amazing. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: I didnt get the room I booked, I got a lesser room as they had used all of the rooms, one of which i had booked. I was that tired from travel. I just needed a bed and not sure who's fault it was, Booking.com or the hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of Rainey Street. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good. Room was clean and well equipped and parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I like the location. The beds are comfortable and clean . There was a coffee maker , fridge , and microwave.

Cons: The shower was not hot to take a shower .
