Good location, love the rooftop bar

Pros: Location right by Rainey Street, East 6th Street walkable. Rooftop bar was excellent, the rooms were a good size and comfortable. Shower was good The valet service allowed us to park our car hire free of charge while we loaded up our luggage

Cons: The pool area didn’t get much sun until later in the day and so the pool was cold.

Spacious, clean and close enough to lots of things to do!

Pros: Huge spacious rooms, with extremely comfortable beds!

Cons: Nothing, we had a great stay.

Great for a short trip

Pros: Good location, was able to work in the lobby for a while after check out.

Cons: Pool a bit crowded

Clean and Tidy vibes

Pros: The hotel Staff and receptionists were super nice and organized. The place itself has positive vibes. I was checked in instantly. The pool area view looked nice and refreshing. Once I entered my room, I enjoyed that clean, comfy, and tidy vibe feeling. The bar tenders on the 4th floor were nice and helpful. The location itself is almost central, 15 min. away from Downtown. There is a separate waiting area for Lyft, Taxi, Uber. Free wifi was provided. And free wifi for 2 hours where provided on the ground floor.

Cons: Not much. Just the feeling that the reception was not on the ground floor, was new to me. However, the swimming pool view behind the receptionists looked very nice; made sense that the lobby was on the 4th floor.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and most of its facilities.

Cons: The location close to Rainey Street, a lot of bars near by. Today it's not the best area of Austin. Also a lot of construction sites around.

Excellent all round

Pros: Only had coffee and a muffin. Staff excellent at breakfast very courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Nice hotel, great location. Fitness centre is better than average.

Cons: Housekeeping is not regular. Even when you request it, you don’t always get your room refreshed.

Pros: Location near the Rainey st district. Spacious modern room

Cons: The lights in my room would switch off after some time automatically, I couldn't figure out how to keep them on. But saying that, desk & bedside lamps had regular switches

Pros: Very accommodating, got my room early and kept it 2 hours late, no problem.

Cons: A lot of construction work surrounding the property.

Very happy with my stay

Pros: Great location, superb pool and gym. Friendly staff

Cons: Rooms on the highway side can hear the traffic. Not ideal for light sleepers
