Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Downtown

Excelente

Great location

Pros: Rooms are spacious, clean and great place overall.

Cons: No pool

Pros: I room was facing Rainer street and the noise from the music and all went into early morning hours!! No wonder you put ear plugs on night stand. Would not have stayed there if I had known that. Also the $45.00 a night parking fee seems steep on a room that costs that much!

Excellent place to stay!

Pros: Very clean, modern, location, good breakfast, friendly staff

Overall, the stay was AMAZING!

Pros: RJ front desk gave AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and information regarding my stay.

Cons: Javier manager informed me 3 times after I verbalized understanding to move my car like I was a kid. I was already on the way out the door and he still repeated himself. I was not blocking any cars and if I was my car was running with someone in the drivers seat to move. Common sense and courtesy to move if blocking traffic with the limited space.

comfortable stay

Pros: staff was really friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean with comfy beds .
