First rate stay, will hopefully visit again

Pros: Great staff especially on reception & valet, location, Geraldine’s. Room was superb, overlooking Rainey street.

Cons: The valet parking is a bit steep, but it’s common for downtown. Car was brought quickly every time.

Fantastic hotel for a stay in Austin

Pros: Everything. Great staff, especially on reception and the valet - very helpful & welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more. Loved the complimentary margaritas to get the evening going!

Highly recommended, but be careful with valet parking

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was extremely comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness and housekeeping service. The location is excellent for tourists as it is just steps away from the lively Rainey Street, but steel far enough to ensure a peaceful night’s rest.

Cons: The valet service was a major disappointment. We paid $335 for 5 days plus daily tips, but from day one something felt off. While most of the team were professional and friendly, one attendant (ponytail) was passive-aggressive, and I twice got the car with strange adjustments – once with the entertainment system switched to Spanish, another time with the seat all the way back and steering wheel pushed max. low and forward wich was an undriveable position. Despite confirming the night before that we’d need the car at 4:45 am, it wasn’t ready and we waited 15 minutes, causing unnecessary stress. Perhaps my “mistake” was tipping only on pickup, not on drop-off.

Great hotel & would recommend, shame it was only for a brief visit!

Pros: Really nice, modern hotel with great staff & amenities. Close to Rainey Street, which has a nice vibe to it in an evening.

Cons: The bar could stay open later for residents, shut at 11pm on the night of my stay.

Great vibe.

Pros: Great hotel with a really nice vibe. The daily charge of $30 is a bit confusing, you get some included drinks and food credit but it wasn’t taken off my bill. The Valet parking is approx $60 but the staff are great and are really helpful.

All the right vibes.

Pros: The staff we spoke with were very helpful, and patient. We especially noted how kind the gentlemen were at the front of the hotel - opening the doors, making sure we weren’t waiting too long for our rides.

Cons: None I can think of!
