Poland 🇵🇱

Pros: Very good location in the city center, close to the congress building and 6th Street. The apartment concept is great, with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Breakfast is a typical American style — nothing special, but perfectly fine. The bartender was amazing and shared a lot of useful information about Austin and places worth visiting.

Cons: The only downside was the view from the room — it faced the wall of another wing of the hotel, which made it quite unappealing. The rest was more than fine

Pros: Amazing staff, big thank you to Sergio. I wish all hotels had staff like him. We got a free upgraded room. Extremely happy about it. Very comfortable bed and pillows, large room with a kitchen and all the utensils. Very clean and nice breakfast. Definitely will come back!

Pros: The place has everything you need + laundry, gym and breakfast. You can walk to the main tourist spots and it is very clean. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in the US

Cons: There are a few homeless people in the area, so it can feel a little uncomfortable at night

Great hotel, good location, very comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, room sizes were great, suite with couch was amazing. A very nice play to stay and sleep in. five min walk to 6th street. Friendly and helpful staff. Big and comfortable beds.

Cons: Downtown location is a great area of Austin. The Hyatt Hotel Austin was just past a homeless shelter, so there was the need to walk past that.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, the breakfast was ok, the fitness room was convenient

Cons: While reaching it from downtown we had to go through a couple of streets and a parking with some street bums. Nothing dangerous of course, and not the fault of the hotel, but not great either

Pros: It was only a couple minutes walk from the capital building, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. More importantly, the members of staff working on the day we stayed were brilliant!
