Good stay, good value, good service

Pros: The pillows were good, and the numbers helped my husband who has sleep apnea. The covers were not too thin. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: The microwave had a dial which was a little difficult for judging when the food was done, but was just a mild inconvenience.

I would stay there again and it was as well as expected

Pros: Breakfast was okay but could have used some meat. Staff was great and the room was very comfortable

Cons: Two of the best local channels in San Antonio we're not on the television. Ken's 5 and KSAT weren't available.

Conveniently located hotel with renovated rooms.

Pros: Great location with easy access to I-10 and loop 1604. Close to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. The room was renovated and clean.

Cons: My only problem was there wasn’t a remote for the tv. I was too tired to go down to the front desk for one.
