Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest by IHG

Pros: The beds were comfy the pillows were amazing! The room was very clean and staff was so nice

Great experience.

Pros: Facility located was good. Facility was clean. Fast service. Breakfast was not included.

Cons: Breakfast was not included.

Pros: I do like the location of this property because it is right next to a Walmart and a car wash the lobby AC seems to need some adjusting the rooms could use a carpet cleaning with wet vacuum and couches as well. But overall, it is an OK hotel for just a night or two. Unfortunately, I ended up cutting the trip there short and leaving to a another hotel. I just couldn’t get over the stains on the carpet and sofas.. The pool is nice and unfortunately, unlike many other holidays breakfast was not complementary staff was very nice thank you

Cons: Cleaning was an issue for me

Very good except for the shower.

Pros: Location and the personnel, specially Ms Cataño at Breakfast was so kind, nice and helpful!!!

Cons: I did not like that the shower , it had no real pressure , it was like bathing by installments. In a nice settings and with very kind personnel , why to alienate clients with a poor , dripping shower? One of the most important aspects of renting s place is the quality and pressure of the shower.

It was a nice stay to get away for the night

Pros: I liked the location and the room was decent for me and my sister to stay for the night. I liked how there was free breakfast included and the parking was free.

Cons: I just didn’t enjoy the led light strips above the bed. That made the room too bright at night.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff as well as the space in the room.

Cons: Pool was not working
