Pros: The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming.

Great Stay at a Great Price

Pros: Starbucks was nice and bistro had a good breakfast sandwich.

Pros: As a disabled person they were extremely helpful for my entire visit! We'll stay there again if I return!

Kid and Adult friendly

Pros: The kids LOVED the pool and I loved the hot tub! The fact they open the pool early in the morning we were able to get use out of it twice! Along with the cornhole boards and outdoor seating area.

Cons: Front gate being locked on 410 so have to turn before gps says, but not a huge deal!

Wonderful Stay

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing, beds comfy, hallways quiet, hotel rooms and grounds clean! Check in was a breeze. All staff was helpful not just the front desk.

Cons: Front Gate being locked, had to circle back around to get to it, however, understand why its locked.

Pros: Nice, secured property. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Staff was great.

Great experience just wished it was cleaner

Pros: The room was really nice and the staff were amazing. Hotel was beautiful inside. Ease of check in and room entry.

Cons: Cleanliness. Towels given had stains and stickers within them. Kind of makes you question if the towels are actually getting washed properly. Pimple patches on the floor and stains and the floor. Shampoo bottle ect you could tell had not been changed.

It was a very comfortable stay & it’s definitely a hotel I may stay at again in the future.

Pros: It was very clean & it was close to the water park we ended up going to. Very nice location!

Cons: The only blemish was that it didn’t have free breakfast, but other than that, it was very nice! The staff was very nice & welcoming!

I've always had good luck with Courtyard/Marriott, and this was no exception.

Pros: The facilities for my handicapped wife were excellent. The grab bars were very helpful, and the walk-in shower was very welcome. The bed was VERY comfortable, and at the right height for my wife to get into.

Cons: The TV channel selection didn't match the guide we got in the room. It was very difficult to find a channel we would like to watch. After a while, we just gave up and slept. Also, the literature said you had a hair dryer in the room. I'm glad we brought our own, as there wasn't one. One thing I thought was odd: the hotel listing included \

Pros: Everything was good , nice and clean, we felt secure on this building , parking lots were clean and organized

Cons: The building is on remodeling mode , breakfast was denied because we reserved by booking.com and on top of that if we had the right to get breakfast it was only for two not my whole family couldn’t get breakfast, they asked me for a deposit, not aware when I booked online, a small/medium snake was on our restroom, I noticed that to front desk the person on charge was sceptic so I went back to my room and took a picture of it, we get next door room but he didn’t offer me a discount or something else.
