Staybridge Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB Area by IHG

Pros: Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. All the open areas smelled clean, despite several pet guests we noticed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We'll definitely be back to this hotel when visiting San Antonio.

Our stay was satisfying. Our daughter from the Military camp felt like a Queen in the hotel suite.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. We ate as much as we wanted. Drinking water was always available. Great! In fact, we recommended the place to our neighbors who went to their daughter's graduation from Air Force basic training, as well.

Cons: I didn't like one thing. The happy hour was too short, lol. The drinks were mixed so well. I know it can only last a little while, but my spouse and I love drinks all night long. Thank you for the drinks and food.

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the room. I also loved the kitchen and bathroom.

Cons: The elevators sound like they are going to break. Makes you feel uneasy and unsafe.

Pros: The king suite made us feel like we were at home! They pretty much provided everything & the staff was nice & welcoming! Housekeeping ladies were super sweet as well they deserve it all. Location was good with many restaurants & things to do. It was clean & breakfast was good. I would definitely come back here again:)

Pros: Excellent customer service; the entire property was beautiful & a very affordable price! The room was very spacious which included an entire kitchen area fully furnished, large flatscreen tv mounted on the wall, king size comfortable bed, full size sofa & large bathroom. The breakfast was awesome! Wide variety of food & drinks to choose from! Also, during our stay, we were able to join in on “social time” in the afternoon where food & drinks were available for FREE!

Cons: An error occurred on our room charge of an additional $100 but the front desk clerk assured me that it would be credited within 3-5 days.

I would definitely stay here again

Pros: It is a big and spacious room. It has a functional kitchenette. Very nice and clean overall.

Great, clean location!

Pros: I liked that the room had two queen beds and also a pull out sofa bed! Especially considering this was a family vacation. Also was surprised with the full kitchen and utensils as well! It was clean. My family enjoyed the pool and free break fast!The location wasn’t far at all from sea world. Another perk was that we were able to sign into our Netflix account so we weren’t stuck watching cable with a bunch of commercials. We were able to quickly put something on for the whole family to watch. Over all a nice stay!

Cons: The lights situation. The front door area switch had the be on in order to use the bathroom lights. Which is silly. Especially when you’re having a family vacation with kids. Would have also been nice if the kitchen had a wine cork opener.
