Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB SeaWorld

Just great!!

Pros: The ladies in the front desk are the best, so kind and efficient. The location couldn’t be better when You’re planning going to Sea World

Well worth the price, highly recommend

Pros: Very easy check in. Staff and receptionist was really polite and kind, rooms were very comfortable, the whole hotel was clean and well organized. My kids had a chance to swim in their pool. Pool was heated and towels were provided by the pool area. Breakfast was way more than what I expected, chefs kiss. Location is near everything and very convenient. Close to plenty of entertainment, restaurants and stores. Hotel by location and by staff made my family feel safe. Overall 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Great front desk, would stay again.&

Pros: The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The person who checked me in was beyond kind.

Cons: Didn’t know I’d have to pay for parking.

I’ll book at this hotel again.

Pros: It was the customer service that I received that made the staff enjoyable because these days people are so rude and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind especially when people are paying to receive a service. I hate I can’t remember his name (I believe it’s Rick, but not sure.) but he works the overnight shift it was him that got the hotel a good review from me.

Cons: I really can’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like about the property other than having to pay for parking.

Perfect

Pros: Convenience of being next to main event and price.

This hotel was very convenient in reference to the AF Base.

Pros: I really, really appreciated the sticker full of pertinent information attached to the key card sleeve...that was brilliant and very, very, very helpful.

Friendly environment

Pros: Breackfest was good and the hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly, would stay again next time im in town

Cons: N/a

Overall, it was a pleasant day, other than not having power to my devices

Pros: The beds and restroom were very clean and there was plenty of supplies.

Cons: In between the beds was the nightstand and everything was unplugged and unable to be plugged in, so there was no power to any of my devices and the lamps didn’t work

I would stay again

Pros: They were super friendly and inviting made you feel at home

Cons: Nothing it was absolutely peaceful

Pros: Everything was wonderful front desk people very polite and helpful

Cons: Security not enough they broke into 6 vehicles in the first night we were there
