Pros: The room was really nice and staff was helpful and pleasant.

Cons: No microwave in the room and had to go downstairs to warm up my food.

Pros: Sarah the supervisor help accommodate us after we called and talked to booking.com

Cons: Bed was hard

Pros: The breakfast was good I would like it better if it wasn’t spread out but no worries it was good

Cons: Have breakfast all to together not spread out

Pros: It was close to my destination to the lackland air force base

Cons: The room is supposed to be cleaned every other day. My beds were never remade and there was no effort in really cleaning the room or bathroom from what I can tell. ALL the front desk staff were friendly and would help with any issues I had. I can't believe when I asked for more towels some one brought up towels, didn't knock and left the towels ON THE FlOOR outside my room door. That was just gross to me. I did not have a do not disturb sign on the door so not sure why a staff member would think that is okay. When I brought the towels down to the front desk, the gentleman replaced my towels with no issues but again I think that was just odd.

Amazing stay with family!

Pros: This hotel was in a great location! We were close to a Walmart and Target. There were also a lot of other places and, one restaurant that we feel in love with called 54th Street Snatched Grill! This was amazing!

Pros: La atencion es buena y clara en la recepción, el desayuno estaba rico y variado (pequeño buffet). Las habitaciones, la cama cómoda, suficiente espacio incluso un pequeño escritorio para trabajar, sobre todo los alrededores bastante tranquilo y con muchas cosas para comer, caminando del hotel.

overall I really liked the hotel. It’s one of the best I’ve stayed.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and neat. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast table had a variety of options. What made the breakfast the best part was the homemade salsa they added to the breakfast bar.

Cons: The only thing I didnt like was I got charged for parking. I thought the parking came included if you were staying there. Its the first time Ive stayed in a hotel where they charge you to use their parking.

Pros: I love this place , when I checked in the front desk lady was no nice at all , but that’s the only negative comment I have if it wasn’t for her I would have given 10!

Cons: Everything is nice

Pros: The staff was nice, the facility, was clean and the shower water was hot. The morning breakfast was good. Chicken tenders for the toddler in the morning worked out well.

Cons: After a hard day of moving the mattress was not comfortable as they were under the home 2 suites name. The Tru room was half the size of home 2 suites. We chose it because, we are traveling with a toddler and wanted more room.
