Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch

Absolute bliss!

Pros: I could go on and on about this place, our stay was truly perfect. The whole place was very well maintained, lazy river and temperature controlled outdoor pool were amazing! Staff were very helpful and super polite. We had a 1 bed Villa and it was stunning, housekeepers were great at topping up the essentials everyday, we haven’t booked yet will definitely be returning!

Great family holiday accommodation

Pros: 2 bedroom apartment was brilliantly proportioned and kitted out perfectly. Staff very nice and helpful, gym decent and lazy river fun. The property ran very well and there is a.nice vibe.

Cons: Booking.com/the hotel miscommunicated so our booking wasn't on the system. We spent 2 hours waiting to see what room was available and eventually got the room we booked, after some hustling between all parties. Manager was very good and tried extremely hard to sort out the issue, which was eventually resolved.

You don't need to leave the grounds to have a relaxing break when visiting San Antonio

Pros: We arrived early but were able to check in as our room was ready, an added bonus was a room upgrade. The checkout was friendly and supplied us with all the information needed to enjoy the resort. The room was clean and spacious and resort facilities where excellent. We enjoyed two meals at the onsite restaurant, played to games on the grounds, roasted marshmallows at the firepit and swam in all the pools.

Cons: Nothing, it was a perfect place to watch the eclipse.

Short, sweet, very nice. Front desk was pleasant.

Pros: The villas are prepped with dishware/coffee etc, they offer tide and fabric softener for laundry. They offer daily activities . Great place for families. Bathrooms and sleeping area were clean and spacious.

Cons: The ONLY things I didn't like was the depth of the lazy river and pool. Missed opportunity on that one, at approx. 3 feet deep, doesn't give a lot of swimming room, and im 5\

Pros: All very good, love the location, clean , good price. We left some clothes and staff saved them for us. They even said they would mail them and provide tracking info, pretty awesome.

Cons: The building numbers or where you find your location is a little difficult

Pros: The pool, lazy river, making s’mores, close to SeaWorld. The staff were lovely especially Wanda who worked JBs and pool bar. So many activities and games for children.

Cons: The restaurant and bar closing at 8pm was a little early however the self catering facilities were good.

Totally worth the money.

Pros: The pool and lazy river was amazing!! Perfect for famlies.

Cons: It would have been nice if there was a coffee shop or a place to get a cup of coffee. Also, if there was a bar that was open until 11pm.
