Lovely hotel with the feeling of being in Texas

Pros: We loved the room decoration that had a real Texan theme and felt very cosy with comfortable beds. All the breakfast dishes were delicious and worth splashing out for. We also loved the pool area, the lazy river and the fact that there was an adult pool area as well. The slide was also great fun!

Cons: The driving range was not available during our stay and the reception area was being refurbished. A couple of the restaurants/ bars etc also seemed to be closed. Spa treatments are prohibitively expensive. Also, this seems to be a hotel with a lot of conference events, so maybe not everyone's cup of tea for a holiday

Pros: Loved the stay. Rooms are very clean and there are ton of activities daily for kids. There is beach volley ball Table tennis and a movie every night. Breakfast Buffet is just phenomenal. Totally worth the money for. Kids had a blast. My 10 and 12 yrs old loved the pools and floating River. There is just one water slide though. Kids would love more slides for sure. But daily kids activities are just a bonus. Played catch the water Ballon with my son. It is such a fun place. Golfing Biking and walking trails are also available. Simply put amazing place to visit with family and even Newly weds

Cons: Only one water slide for kids. Wish there was more slides

We arrived for an event nearby in Harlingen TX, wanted to go to relax after. We did!!

Pros: It's our second stay there this summer and the place was great.

Cons: We were happy with everything, but possibly later dining would be a plus!!

Overall great stay, great staff and accommodations. Food was great as well. Fun experience!

Pros: I enjoyed that the resort was “alive” when walking and doing the activities. Most hotel lobbies are quiet and boring but I found myself sitting in the lobby and enjoying the day to day.

Cons: Parking fees and flow rider cost. Having a free session then pay for more would be an excellent option. Parking, include with resort fees.

Pros: Beautiful clean proprry, staff is very polite and accommodating

Cons: No showers for the beach areas by the lazy river to wash the sand from your feet.

Getaway oasis in your own backyard!

Pros: Loved the location- convenient to local attractions but absolutely no need to leave the grounds!

Cons: Too many kids- would love if they enforced the age restriction in specific areas.

What was a really fun experience for my family and I

Pros: Everybody was really friendly and really loved the atmosphere

Cons: Didn’t have any problems with the property

Pros: So incredible.. they take such care in the little things helpful kind staff so many activities for the kids ! Food was incredible.

Pros: Lazy river, pretty romantic, lots of dining options

We started our trip with a spa treatment and then the next day was just relaxing and the lazy river and an awesome time.
