Candlewood Suites San Antonio NW Near SeaWorld by IHG

Overall good experience.

Pros: Decent facility. Stan was at the front desk when we checked in and was a pleasure to deal with!

Cons: Only one nightstand.

I would stay here again

Pros: Stayed here with couple members of wedding party night before wedding. Staff friendly, beds comfy, room spacious. Only 2 things I would suggest to make better is shower is horrible and surprised they don't offer breakfast

Pros: The beds are so comfortable and it's clean!! Wonderful staff,we couldn't figure out heat and staff came up immediately!! Highly recommend this place !!! I will definitely stay again!!

I was not expecting so many amenities, very well impressed!

Pros: Staff was friendly at all times despite being a holiday weekend and very busy, they were helpful and efficient, made my check-in and check-out smooth and quick. Very thankful!

Cons: N/A

Amazing stay

Pros: The staff member was really nice and the room was clean and equipped with everything my family and I need.

I would definitely stay here again!!

Pros: I did not realize the rooms had full kitchens, so this was a pleasant surprise. They are obviously set up for extended stay guests.

Cons: Every thing was good. Nothing I didn't like.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would stay here again.

Pros: Located within walking distance of a few restaurants, and the location is great. Not located in a super busy area.

Cons: No breakfast and pantry was limited on items to purchase.

Front desk was the best!!

Pros: The room was spacious and I loved the kitchen area. My family enjoyed the room and activities that were close to the hotel.

Pros: The quietness of the hotel. The accommodations were great.

Cons: The hotel just seems very outdated. The room smelled like someone's dog peed in the carpet. There were other issues that the staff took care of as I reported them. The management was amazing. The hotel just needs to be updated for the amount of money that is being charged. The pictures aren't a true reflection of the appearance of the room . It felt like a baiit and switch. I was going through a hard time in my life and really needed to get away and couldn't bother to complain for the sake my mental health.

Terrific value and great location while visiting Sea World.

Pros: The place was very clean and the staff was excellent! Our AC went out and they replaced it before we got back from Sea World.

Cons: Maybe more towels in the room.
