Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport by IHG

Amazing!

Pros: The staff were amazing, it was clean, the pool was a great perk. Overall brilliant stay!

Cons: I loved the whole thing

My sister and I stayed for two weeks and could not have felt more at home and comfortable. Everything the staff could do

Pros: The friendly and very helpful staff with a special shout out to Harold 😃

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Great staff making our stay seamless.

Pros: Harold and Lily helped make our stay seamless and pleasant. Thank you, both.

Cons: The carpet was not vacuumed regularly.

Nice short stay, recommends to anyone going to San Antonio. Free parking and nice facilities

Pros: Clean, friendly customer service, free parking, near to everything, nice beddings and pillows, quiet a/c

Cons: Nothing in particular, for an overnight it was a bargain

Very Comfy

Pros: The beds were very comfy and the fridge was ideal for keeping drinks cool. The daily(ish) top up of soap was a nice touch.

Cons: Shower head was a little too low, plus the room was not cleaned second day despite door hanger.

A decent choice around SA airport

Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff. Airport proximity and good shuttle service. Large room, comfy bed. Nice laundry experience. Not expensive.

Cons: The hotel is clearly dated and the decor is not too tasteful. Honestly, 4 stars feels like a bit of a stretch for it now (2024). Not very close to anything other than the airport. During my stay Texas was plagued by a swarm of black crickets which roamed free around the hotel's gym, but thankfully not in my room (which is more than I can say for other more posh hotels that I visited around that time), though the room I was initially offered around the pool, was very much afflicted and also lacked a proper curtain (but was replaced immediately upon request with no hassle). Right elevator was a bit quirky, but nothing too annoying.

Pros: Bar closed too early for a Saturday night. Arrived late, wanted to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine. Bar closed at 10pm. We Arrived with 5 minutes to spare. Staff wonderful and happy to serve us but could only enjoy 1 glass as they needed to close.

Great stay. Would stay again!

Pros: Great stay! Friendly staff! Airport shuttle was a bonus! Conveniently located near the airport.

Cons: Not applicable.
