Great location, beautiful clean room, nice staff and amenities

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, 5 minutes from the airport, really clean and big room with micro, minifridge, all the toiletries you need, not a single complaint from us

Good rest with a good price

Pros: The bed and pillows were awesome. I landed in San Antonio after a long flight from Europe. So my back was a little bit contructured but I rested so good in the Hilton that back pain got away. Breakfast is included and it’s good.

Cons: Everything was fine

Great value, near to the airport too, which is what you need after 18 hrs journey to US- friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff- especially Carlos, who made sure we had everything we needed, thank you!

Cons: Friendly staff, sooooo comfortable beds, food was fine, very tasty.

It was a nice stay

Pros: It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: I didn’t realize parking was not free. There was a daily rate. I usually stay at Marriott and there is no parking fee. They also didn’t have Netflix.

Just what we expected, it always is from Hilton!

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We were only there for one night, so it served us well.

Cons: The only issue was the door to our room, 436 was so heavy and didn't close right. It seems like an issue that maintenance could easily fix.

Great hotel for a great value!

Pros: Had a great stay! Room was clean, great bed and pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also used the pool and it was very convenient that it is indoors as it was raining during my time there. Had a good time at the pool and hot tub, very relaxing! Would definetely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing relevant, just wish breakfast was included in rate.
