Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest/Medical Center

Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast, and great front desk staff!

Pros: I booked my hotel for the wrong night like a fool, but the front desk associate was able to help me change it without much trouble on very short notice. Great service from the front desk!

Cons: Very close to the highway, so the traffic noise can be a little loud during rush hour. It wasn't bad at all overnight though.

It was book last minute after problem at another facility and this was the perfect choice

Pros: Property is well run. Maintain well and the staff is courteous and efficient in a good location with access to restaurants and shopping and easy access to the freeways.

Exceptional staff and service

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. My husband had eye surgery and needed to rest and since the surgery was early in the day, we request and early check in and staff was very helpful in achieving this request. Exceptional staff and service.

Pros: Everything was clean , and well kept. Parking lot had ZERO unnecessary activity. Room was nicely updated and clean.. Will definitely stay here again!!! The heated indoor pool...yessss

Pros: We always stay here, when going to San Antonio. It is very clean and comfortable. But most of all pet friendly.

Cons: N/A

10/10 will come back when i come back to San Antonio

Pros: The customer service was amazing, the front desk was super nice and helpful!

Cons: Everything was great!
